| Sugar/Equal | 1/2 Cup |

| Fresh khoya | 6 Table spoon | 
| Ghee | 2 Table spoon | 
| Cardamom powder | A pinch | 
| Dates | 1 Table spoon | 
| Flaked Almonds | 1 Table spoon | 
Method:
- Put ghee in a bowl and microwave at HIGH for about 40 seconds.
 - Add grated carrot and stir well. Microwave at HIGH for about 2 minutes.
 - Mix milk and khoya and add to the carrots.
 - Microwave at HIGH for 10 minutes stirring in between.Again cook for 10 minutes at MEDIUM.Add sugar or Equal.
 - Sprinkle the cardamom powder and almonds and microwave at HIGH for 2 minutes.Serve Hot.
