Women Counting Calories
Mystified by all the numerical rankings and evaluations that purportedly simplify liveliness in the food market? Nutritionally speaking, we are submerging in data, but we're craving for knowledge", says Kathie Swift, a nutriment educator at The Center for Mind-body medicine in Washington, D.C. If you are anticipating an more effortless ways to establish fitter options, consider a few ultra-basic hints.
  • Comprehend the diversity of whole foods. All of them are healthy in balance and moderation.
  •  Take aim to maximise your uptake of brilliantly colored, high-fiber vegetables.
  •  Do not reject whole foods ample in healthy fats, composite carbs and phytonutrients irrespective of rankings.
  • Do limit your consumption of foods high in sugars (added up or otherwise) and understate your consumption of processed flours, sugars, starches and fried foods.
  • Substitute a few cereals and starchy foods in your diet with leafy plants and legumes.
  • But When you do eat cereals, substitute whole, entire grains for processed grains and flours.
  • While possible, prefer  locally and organically developed whole foods.
  • Take plenty of water, less of most other beverages.
  • Emphasise caliber over amount, and invest the majority of your food budget in nutritive picks.
  • Learn to cook well enough that you are able to cook healthy, satisfying dishes you enjoy.

Eight Coolest Body Language Every Men Must Know

The eight best way to express your self-confidence and attract earn others' attention.

1.Be Central

Stand in the middle of the room." Women naturally gravitate towards central areas, plus you'll be in the eye line of four times more women," says Dr Perry Buffington author of Cheap Psychological tricks (Buffington Press).

2.Stand Confidently

"Place your feet wider apart," says Richard La Ruina, author of The Natural Art of Seduction (Pennant). "This improves your balance to stop you from constantly shifting your weight, which can make you look unsure of yourself."

3.Move Quickly

Catch her eye by spilling your drink. The Centre for Nonverbal Studies in Washington found the best way to get noticed is with sudden movements, so a slight fumble and the exaggerated rescuing of your goblet will cause the right scene.

4.Smile Right

According to research at cardiff university, a slow, growing smile is seen as more authentic and flirtatious compared to a quick grin - giving the impression you've  considered and appraised her before granting your approval.

5.Entice Her Over

"Hold your drink by your side", says La Ruina . "In front of your chest looks far too defensive." Stand slightly away too. "Separating yourself from your friends makes you look more approachable," says Buffington.

6.Make Eye Contact

Studies by Harvard University found you can increase a women's attraction to you by looking into her eyes 60% of the time. It floods the body with phenyl-ethyl-amine (PEA), the pleasure chemical responsible for love and attraction.

7.Listen Carefully

Tilt your head to the right. Scientists at Ruhr University of Bochum in Germany found that this makes you look more caring. Lift one shoulder and cock your head to the side and you'll appear more genuinely interested.

8.Keep Still

"Fidgeting makes you look nervous, which is unattractive," says La Ruina. "Keeps your hands by your hands by your sides, and thumbs between index and middle fingers to remove the need for them to be constantly doing something."

12 Things A Grown Man Should Never Do

1. COMMENT ON THE ATTRACTIVENESS OF HIS GIRLFRIEND'S BEST FRIEND

It's lose-lose. Make an approving remark and her mate's a strumpet and you're a love rat in the making. Make a dismissive one and you're a shallow idiot who has insulted her closest friend's honour. Yawn and change the subject immediately.

2. ADMIT TO NOT HAVING SEEN THE GODFATHER

Mistakes That Should Never be Committed by Men
It deals with love, loyalty, family, mortality and the logistics of making impromptu bolognese for a roomful of people. In short all the problems we face as modern men. To have never seen it is a gaffe equal to a vicar admitting to not owning a bible. Keep your mouth shut and get thee to a DVD shop and rectify the mistake now.

3. BE ASHAMED TO READ INSTRUCTIONS

Whether it's flatpack furniture or installing the avionics in an Apache, there's always some idiot who dismisses the manual with disastrous consequences. Refusing to ask "how" doesn't make you Jason Bourne, it makes you George Bush in Iraq.

4. BE A PUB-ROUND POLYGAMIST

There you go flirting from group, accepting drinks and moving on, leaving thirsty friends and an unserviceable pint debt in your wake. It's people like you who are to blame for the credit
crunch.

5. USE THE SUFFIX "-ISTA"

Except if you're involved in a discussion about the Sandinista -the Nicaraguan freedom fighters or the slightly iffy fourth Clash album. The word "Fashionista" makes you sound like a girl, "Guardianista" a bit like Richard Littlejohn, and "Barista" is merely pandering to the ego of someone who works in Starbucks.

6.SAY "I LOVE YOU" ON A SECOND DATE

Oh yes, it's true all women dream of romance. But not as much as they fear being stalked.

7.BEAT HIS NEPHEWS AT FOOTBALL

It's not big or dignified, particularly when you are making them go in goal for a penalty shootout. It also leaves you with no get-out clause when they're big enough to hand you a 5-0 shellacking.

8.WEAR SHORTS TO THE OFFICE

Can you really tell someone off if they can see your knees?

9.REFER TO A REALITY TV SHOW BY A DIMINUTIVE

If you must really waste your Saturday evenings in the vain hope that Alesha Dixon or Rachel Stevens might have a "wardrobe malfunction" then best you keep it to yourself and certainly don't ever refer to "Strictly..." in company.

10.WEARING CAMOUFLAGE CLOTHING

Unless, of course, it is mandatory for work. If you are over the age of 30, bear in mind that there is only one mature man who looks distinguished in disruptive patterns - and I'm afraid you are not General Sir Michael Jackson CBE.

11.ORDER TWO STARTERS IN LIEU OF A MAIN COURSE

If a man is to be judged by his appetite this just screams: "Indecisive, with the nutritional requirements of a sparrow ." This is the most effete thing that one can do in a restaurant, with the possible exception of sending back a steak for being "too bloody". Order the 14-course tasting menu with matched wine and for God's sake man-up.

12.SAY THANK YOU FOR "MAKING LOVE"

But nor should you ever apologize. Unless you've forgotten your Wallet.

What Should You Do To Become Obama

Barack Obama, President Of USA
Lessons From Obama. In an interview to a News Paper, the US President reveals his seven secrets for life, health, fatherhood and leadership. Follow Barack Obama's rules to change your world. So what should you do to be Barack Obama. Here are the secrets of his success.

1.Be there for your family, even if you're not around

"I don't miss the important things. But there are some things I do miss, and those are the trade-offs you make.  I'd like to say that quality time replaces quantity, but sometimes it doesn't. You know, a lot of the best moments of family life happen spontaneously. If you have less time to devote to them, there are fewer of those moments. What I've been able to do is create a zone of normality for my kids. [My wife] Michelle's been wonderful about that. I have been able to transmit to them my absolute interest in them and my absolute love for them."

2.Use your workout to focus your mind

"One of the things about this job is the loss of anonymity. I can't run outside anymore. Looks like I've got to find other ways to exercise. My blood pressure is pretty low and I tend to be a healthy eater, so I could probably get away with cutting back a little bit, but the main reason I work out is to clear my head and relieve stress. It's a great way to stay focused"

3.Organize your life to focus on the big picture

"One of the things I really try to push in my organization is to make sure that everybody is focused on the things that are really going to be game changers. They design my schedule so it focuses on being active instead of reactive. I think we've been pretty successful. I don't spend a lot of time returning phone calls or emails. If somebody needs something, most of the time there's somebody else who can handle it. Eliminating TV has been helpful, but I'm still a sucker for SportsCenter. "
"The most difficult thing is to carve out time to think, which is an important time to think, which is an important time for somebody who's trying to shift an organization, or in this case, the country, as opposed to doing the same things that have been done before. And I find that time slips away."
Barack Obama's Secret Of Success
"Change is good, as long as you're in charge of it."

4.If you want to avoid disappointing others, don't disappoint yourself

"I always try to make sure that my expectations are higher than those of the people around me. People are having a tough time right now and I never want them to feel as if I've over-promised. I try to explain in a real honest way how difficult some of the changes I'm talking about will be. But I never want the effect to be that I'm not working as hard as I can on their behalf, that I'm not continually trying to improve. I'm actually glad for the high expectations. One of the really interesting things is that when you're really pushed to the limit, it turns out that you have more in your reservoir than you expected."

5. Help your children grow up at their own pace

"Their main concern was , 'When are we going to get a dog?' They did often ask about what they called  'secret people', which were the Secret Service folks. They used to ask : 'Are we going to have to have these people with sunglasses and earpieces following us around all the time?' They've adjusted wonderfully. And I've tried to make sure that they haven't had to participate too much in the political process."

6.Quit smoking, as often as you need to

"There wasn't some dramatic moment. Michelle had been putting pressure on me for a while. I was never really a heavy smoker. Probably at my peak I was smoking seven or eight a day. More typical was three. So it wasn't a huge challenge with huge withdrawal symptoms. There have been a couple of times when I fell off the wagon and bummed one, and I had to kick it again. But I figure I need to cut myself a little slack."
"Eliminate certain key connections-that first cigarette in the morning, or after a meal, or with a drink. If you can get rid of those triggers, that should really help you. It did me."

7.Learn from your father, even if he wasn't a good one

"I would like to think that most of the issues that are related to my father have now been resolved. That was part of what writing Dreams From My Father was all about: understanding him and his own personal tragedy. He wasn't a presence in my life, he was an idea that I had to wrestle with for a long time."
"Somebody once said that every man either spends his life trying to live up to his dad's expectations or trying to make up for his dad's mistakes. And I'm pretty sure that I was doing a little bit of both. But I also feel that somewhere in my late twenties or my early thirties I sort of figured out what his absence had really meant. It is part of what I think has made me a pretty good dad."
"I really don't think it will all have too much of an impact on my decision-making as president. There's no doubt that it has contributed to my overall drive. I might not be here now had it not been for that absent father prodding me early in life."

Six Eating Tips to Fight Against Weight Gain

RULES OF THE ROUND TABLE
Wield your knife and fork wisely by following these six eating tips and shield yourself against weight gain, while lowering your body fat.

1. Reduce your portions

This basic approach works. If you normally eat four slices of toast at breakfast - eat three. Sugar in your tea? Cut it out or switch to a sweetener. Cut down on all sources of saturated fat: use less butter, less cheese, trim rinds, and eat less red meat and more fish. But remember, most low-fat products are high in sugar.

2. Use sports drinks wisely

If you want to maximize your muscle gains and increase your muscle gains and increase your total fat burn for each exercise session then it's best that you leave these drinks until after your workout. Drinking sports drinks adds a significant amount of high GI carbs to your diet, which can make you pick up body fat. So water before and during exercise instead.

3. Watch your fruit intake

Fruits and vegetables are good for you; but fruit has a lot of natural sugar and many people take the 5 servings a day to mean 5 pieces of fruit. Aim for 9 servings of fruit and vegetables a day, but keep to 3 fruits and 6 vegetables and eat your fruits before training. Have veggies with every meal.
Take Arthur minute and think before lancing a lot

4. Watch grains and GI (Glycemic Index)

Eat high GI carbohydrates (potatoes, rice) including grains directly after you've exercised. Keep grains to a minimum the rest of the time eating low GI carbs (lentils, brown rice) if necessary. grains, particularly wheat, can make getting lean difficult as they can cause water retention, digestive bloating and a sluggish metabolism.

5. Keep protein intake consistent but not too high

Protein will preserve your lean mass while cutting calories and keeps you full. Eat large amounts  of protein when your muscles need it, then drip feed protein at other times. So on the days you are training at high intensity, eat more. On days when you train less eat a smaller amount.

6. Eat according to training

Flexing your nutrition to fit your training is crucial to maintaining performance and staying lean. Eat according to what you are going to do in the next three hours or what you have just done. Don't eat the same day in day out as your requirements will change, depending on your workout regime. Eat more after intensive training sessions.

What Not To Do Immediately After Meals

Had your food? And now you are getting ready for a walk. Just make sure you read the following before thinking of doing this. These are scientifically proven facts that anyone can avoid after having tummy full of meals. Make sure you avoid these acts after meals.

 1. DON'T SMOKE

Experiments from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes. Which means that chances of cancer is higher.

2. DON'T EAT FRUITS IMMEDIATELY

Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruits 1-2 hours after meal or 1 hour before meal.

3. DON'T DRINK TEA

Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid. This substance will cause the protein content in the food we consume to be hundred thus difficult to digest.

4. DON'T LOOSEN YOUR BELT

Loosening the belt after meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted and blocked.

7 Things That Should Not be done after meals
Make sure you get all the nutrition from the food you eat. Image Source: Flickr

5. DON'T BATHE

Bathing after meal will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs and body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease, this will weaken the digestive system in our stomach.

6. DON'T WALK ABOUT

People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps and you will live till 99. In actual fact this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake.

7. DON'T SLEEP IMMEDIATELY

The food we intake will not be to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric and infection in our intestine.
