Gazab ka Gajrela Recipe

Ingredients:



IngredientsQuantity
Grated carrots2 cups
Sugar/Equal1/2 Cup
MilkHalf cup
Fresh khoya6 Table spoon
Ghee 2 Table spoon
Cardamom powder  A pinch
Dates 1 Table spoon
Flaked Almonds 1 Table spoon


Method:

  • Put ghee in a bowl and microwave at HIGH for about 40 seconds.
  • Add grated carrot and stir well. Microwave at HIGH for about 2 minutes.
  • Mix milk and khoya and add to the carrots.
  • Microwave at HIGH for 10 minutes stirring in between.Again cook for 10 minutes at MEDIUM.Add sugar or Equal.
  • Sprinkle the cardamom powder and almonds and microwave at HIGH for 2 minutes.Serve Hot.

Sweet Seviyan

Oh my god yesterday night I prepared this dish and the taste remains in my tongue still now. Not only for winter this seviyan is the best dessert for all seasons. This recipe is a sweet version of vermicelli.

Ingredients:

IngredientsQuantity
Vermicelli200 gm
Sugar or Equal50 gm
Water150 gm
Oil1 Table spoon
Almonds (chopped) 1 Table spoon
Green cardamoms 2-3

Method:

  • Take a casserole and heat ghee at HIGH for 50 seconds.
  • Add vermicelli to it and cook at HIGH for 2-4 minutes.
  • Now add water and dry fruits. Again cook at HIGH for 2-5 minutes and then reduce to MEDIUM for another 2-3 minutes till done. Add sugar.
  • Stand for 2minutes and garnish with silver leaf before serving.

How To Prepare Chocolate Cake - Recipe

Yeah! This dish is chocolicious.  I bet that you are going to love this very much. Chocolate cakes they made my mouth water during the preparation of the ingredients and oh the lovely smell during its baking in the microwave oven. And finally when this cake was all ready with the cream no I don't have any words to describe its taste.It was just awesome! Try this out and you will feel the taste too.And those buddies who are calorie conscious this dish is not for you but using equal in lieu of sugar helps!

Ingredients:

Unsweetened Cocoa Powder2 table spoon
Baking powder1 tea spoon
Baking soda1/2 Tea spoon
SaltA pinch 
Oil1/3 Cup
Egg1
Milk1/3 Cup
Sugar/Equal1/3 Cup
Figs & Dates to GarnishDesired Amount


Method:

  • Grease the bottom of the round baking dish. Line it with waxed paper. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder, soda, and salt to make a mixture.
  • In a mixer bowl, beat oil and sugar and 1/2 of above mixture. Beat till fluffy. Add egg and beat well.
  • Add the other half of flour mixture and milk alternately to the mixture. Beat till just combined. Spread evenly on the greased dish.
  • Sprinkle figs and dates on top. Cook uncovered on MEDIUM for 10-20 minutes, giving the dish a quarter turn every 3 minutes.
  • If not done, cook on HIGH for 30 seconds to 2 minutes or till surface is nearly dry.
  • Cool the dish on a wire rack for 5 minutes, remove and invert on rack. Remove waxed paper and cool.
  • Decorate with fresh fruits before serving.
