Oh my god yesterday night I prepared this dish and the taste remains in my tongue still now. Not only for winter this seviyan is the best dessert for all seasons. This recipe is a sweet version of vermicelli.

Vermicelli | 200 gm |
Sugar or Equal | 50 gm |
Water | 150 gm |
Oil | 1 Table spoon |
Almonds (chopped) | 1 Table spoon |
Green cardamoms | 2-3 |
Method:
- Take a casserole and heat ghee at HIGH for 50 seconds.
- Add vermicelli to it and cook at HIGH for 2-4 minutes.
- Now add water and dry fruits. Again cook at HIGH for 2-5 minutes and then reduce to MEDIUM for another 2-3 minutes till done. Add sugar.
- Stand for 2minutes and garnish with silver leaf before serving.
