Ingredients:

| Diced Potatoes | 250 gm |
| Dried Fenugreek (methi) leaves | 2-3 Table spoon |
| Fenugreek seeds | 1 Tea spoon |
| Vegetable oil | 2 Tea spoon |
| Dum aloo masala powder | 1 Tea spoon |
| Finely chopped Fresh ginger | 2 Tea spoon |
| Finely chopped Fresh garlic | 1 Tea spoon |
| Green/Red chillies (finely chopped) | 3 |
| Salt and black pepper to taste | Desired amount |
| Water | 1/2 Cup |
| Turmeric powder | 1/4 Tea spoon |
| Chaat masala powder | 1 tea spoon |
| Green coriander (chopped) | 1 table spoon |
Method:
- Place oil in casserole and heat on HIGH power for 40 seconds. Add ginger, garlic, chilli, fenugreek seeds and turmeric powder and cook on High power for 2 minutes.
- Add potatoes (diced) and 1/4 cup water a dish. Cover it.
- Cook on HIGH power for 6-8 minutes.Stir in between.
- Add dried fenugreek leaves, chat masala and dum aloo masala. Now cook on MEDIUM power for 5-7 minutes till the potatoes are cooked.
- Add salt to taste and sprinkle with fresh chopped coriander before saving.
