Ingredients

Sprouted lentils (whole green gram)200 gm
Broccoli florets200 gm
A large Tomato (chopped)1
Capsicum (chopped)1
Large onion (chopped)
Almonds 50 grams
Lime juice 2 table spoon
Freshly grated ginger 1 tea  spoon
Salt to taste Desired Amount
Pepper to taste Desired Amount


Method



  • Arrange Broccoli florets, diced pepper and sprouts in a casserole.
  • After adding the seasonings,cover it and microwave on HIGH power for 4 minutes. Keep aside to cool.
  • When cool, add chopped onion, tomatoes,grated ginger and almonds and stir it.
  • Mix together and pour lime juice over the salad and serve at once to taste crisp.
