Love pizzas? But you often go to pizza shop or order it for delivery. Now with this guide you will always prefer to eat home made pizza. An Italian delicacy, the pizza is now as Indian as aloo parantha and makes a good tea time snack. I use microwave oven to make pizzas and have given the same method for you. You will then love making pizzas by yourself. As a home-made pizza it wont have preservatives excess acids and won't give any stomach troubles. Ok let's get into action.

Method

  • Mix salt and pepper with tomato puree and apply evenly on pizza base. Tomatoes can also pureed at home after boiling them.
  • Add all the toppings like chopped capsicum, onion, mushrooms and tomato over the base.
  • Finally put the grated tofu and sliced olives on the base.
  • Bake in pre-heated microwave on MEDIUM power for 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Finally, sprinkle the oregano flakes. Serve Hot.
