Method
- Mix salt and pepper with tomato puree and apply evenly on pizza base. Tomatoes can also pureed at home after boiling them.
- Add all the toppings like chopped capsicum, onion, mushrooms and tomato over the base.
- Finally put the grated tofu and sliced olives on the base.
- Bake in pre-heated microwave on MEDIUM power for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Finally, sprinkle the oregano flakes. Serve Hot.
